What I Do When I Don’t Want To Study

I get such a kick out of drawing badly with my mouse that it just may become a regular feature.  You see, I even started a new Category.  🙂

  1. Cathy, thanks! A very Happy Valentine’s Day to you too! Mmmmm, I will pilfer a chocolate or two from the little giftbag I’m making up for hubby, just in case there’s a shortage later this winter. 😉

Pia, I’ll try one for you! I’ve got to think. 😉

When I save a picture from the Internet for example, and save it in “My Pictures”, when I want to open it again it opens up on Windows Picture and Fax Viewer on my computer. There’s a little icon in the upper left-hand corner. If you right-click on it you get a menu, and then you can click on “Edit”. Once it opens up in edit-mode, you can click on “Select All”, and then grab the old picture and drag it out of the box to make the box empty, increase the size of the box if you want, and just start drawing with the drawing-tools menu that has already popped up. Then just “Save As” with another file name. One of the tools is an “eraser”, which I use quite a bit!

  2. Love, love, love it, Pia! And that actually comes very naturally to me, because I do that around the house all the time – have done ever since I was little. But I don’t have a purple hat. There’s magic in that purple hat, methinks. 🙂 And by the way, yes, those were pompoms on my slippers. But Holy ones, I’m not too sure. 🙂 My rendering of yourself is coming along; just have to fix your knees. Fix your knees, fix your knees, just have to fix your knees.

  3. Thank you Gab, Thank you Gab, thank you so much Gab! I’m knock kneed, so don’t worry about it!

I actually used jazz chants with Massimiliano while he was growing up. He loved it and it did help him with his cadence in English.
